With over 30 years of hands-on building experience, we deliver dependable residential building and renovation work rooted in practical craftsmanship, open communication, and genuine pride in every detail.

Direct, personal service on every build

When you work with SB Conning Construction, you work directly with me on the tools. There are no middlemen or lost messages. I believe in a straightforward, reliable approach where expectations are clear, questions are answered promptly, and the person managing the job is the one crafting it. From initial planning right through to hand-over, you can count on honest advice and attentive service.

Licensed Building Practitioner standards

As a Licensed Building Practitioner (LBP), doing things properly isn't optional—it is the foundation of every build. I believe in keeping job sites clean, orderly, and safe, while treating every property with complete respect. We never cut corners. When my name is on the build, I stand firmly behind the quality, durability, and finishing of the work.
